Recently, the Five Star Franchising has acquired 1-800-Packouts, alongside, set up and launched 1-800-Textiles as a complementary operation. Since the launch of the company, these acquisitions mark the 6th and 7th by far. Five Star Franchising is becoming popular in the franchise industry.
Headquartered in Springville, Utah, the service-based franchise umbrella has been expanding since day one. The acquisition of Packouts will enable the company to offer varying residential services.
Packouts restores the contents of damaged homes, packs possessions, cleans homes, and then transports those possessions to its climate-controlled storage services. The goods are returned after the restoration process is finished. The company has over 70 franchise territories in 22 states.
Five Star Franchising launches Textile
Packouts customers were searching for additional professional services after the home disaster-caused damage to soft furnishings. Textiles were launched to fulfill this demand and the company offered cleaning, transportation, and restoration of textiles to storage. It also will return the items after the home restoration is finished.
Kevin Loner, the CEO of Packouts, will stay with the company and become part of the Five Star Franchising team as it grows the home services under its wing. Through a press release, he shared, “The Five Star family of brands’ franchise development, operations, and marketing support will allow us to accelerate our expansion in new and existing markets. Packouts, with help from Five Star, will be able to offer both enhanced support to franchisees and an improved customer experience for clients.”
