ICS Covers Critical Chemical Processes
The solution, built based on the recent version of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, covers critical chemical processes such as production planning and detailed scheduling, sales and service, finance, procurement, enterprise asset management, multi-resource scheduling, and (environment, health, and safety) EHS management.
ICS offers a comprehensive industry reference model, key performance metrics that include indicators and benchmarks, risk management tools, test scripts, and demo scenarios aligned with SAP Best Practices for Chemicals and cross-industry standards.
ICS Is Designed To Speed Up Chemical Digitization
EY’s Intelligent Chemicals Solution (ICS) is designed to speed up critical business transformation by incorporating leading practices to clients and improving program design through an experience-led approach in workshops, utilizing the embedded EY industry model. It allows companies to optimize costs and increase revenues by seamlessly improving processes and enabling chemical digitization.
The solution uses a decoupled, two-stage approach to map a company’s business and operating models to a technical one, built in EY’s environment, test it, and then transfer it to the customer’s environment.
